摘  要:采用氧瓶燃烧,氢氧化钠溶液作为吸收液进行吸收,以Fe3+为络合剂、磺基水杨酸为显色剂建立了分光光度法测定防水剂中氟含量。采用试剂空白作参比,在500 nm处测体系吸光度,考察了显色剂用量、显色稳定时间和pH对测定结果的影响。工作曲线线性范围为0.4~4μg/mL。3#防水剂进行8次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为3.31%,该法能较好地适于防水剂中有机氟含量的测定。A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of F was studied.The sample was burnt in oxygen bomb and the reaction products were absorbed by NaOH solution.The absorbance of the system was recorded at 500 nm against a second system with a blank solution of reagent.The influence of developer dosage,stable time and pH was studied.The absorbency was linear to the concentration of F ion in the range of 0.4~4 μg/mL.The relative standard deviation is 3.31% for waterproofer 3#(n=8).The method has been used to the determination of F ion in water with satisfactory results.
