伊朗重质原油—索鲁士减渣生产道路沥青研究

摘　　要：通过伊重-索鲁士减渣与丙脱沥青、以及由不同工艺所得的高芳烃油等组分调合道路沥青的实验室配方试验、热储存试验等,得出了满足要求的配方;茂名分公司工业生产实践表明,优化伊重—索鲁士减渣的调合,可成功解决伊重—索鲁士减渣生产的道路沥青抗老化性能差的问题,取得良好的经济效益。Through the laboratory formula tests,heat storage tests,etc.,of paving asphalts blended by the harmonic vacuum residue of Iranian Heavy Crude Soroosh Crude with de-oil asphalts and high aromatic components from different processes,the optimum formulation to meet the requirements was obtained.The industrial production practice of Sinopec Maoming Petrochemical Company showed that optimization of the blending can successfully solve the problem of poor and-aging performance of the paving asphalts produced from the Harmonic vacuum residue of Iranian Heavy Crude Soroosh rude,and achieved good economic benefits.
