Preliminary Studies on the Medicinal Plants of Genus Corydalis in Zhejiang——Ⅱ. A Study on the Numerical Chemotaxonomy and Development of Medicinal Germplasm Resources

摘  要:应用数量化学分类法分析了浙江紫堇属植物的亲缘关系,提出白花土元胡和珠芽尖距紫堇值得进一步研究开发。将两者与延胡索作了薄层层析比较,结果表明白花土元胡的成分与延胡索的相似。Zhejiang province is rich in resources of Corydalis Vent. (Papaveraceae) of There are 10species, 3 varieties and 1 form, including the original plant of famous Chinese traditionaldrug C. yanhusuo W. T. Wang ex Z. Y. Su et C. Y. Wu, found in Zhejiang, All of them areabundant in alkaloids. By means of the numerical chemotaxonomy method we analysed the relations of Corydalisspecies. According to the interrelation between chemical composition and relativc system of plants,it is put forward that the C. humosa Migo and C. sheareri S. Moore vat. bulbillifera Hand.-Mazz.merit attention. We made the TLC to the samples of extract of C. humosa, C. sheareri var. bulbillifera andC. yanhusuo, it shows that C. humosa's components (Fig. 2-2) are similar to C. yanhusuo's (Fig.2-1). The C. humosa also contains d-corydaline and dl-tetrahydropalmatine. C. sheareri var. bulbillifera's components (Fig. 2-3,4) are quite different from C. yanhusuo's.As the C. sheareri S. Moore is possessed of the benzophenanthridine alkaloid, its variety, C. shearerivar. bulbillifera, is worthy of futher study.
