充气式牵引腰围治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨充气式牵引腰围治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法将100例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为对照组50例采用传统牵引法,观察组50例采用充气式牵引法。比较两组患者疗效的差异。结果观察组治疗有效率为98.0%高于对照组的60.0%,两组比较,字2=1.456,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论充气式牵引腰围具有可随意调节,不受体位限制,集固定、牵引、维持腰曲的功能,且可持续作用于腰椎,对提高腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果具有积极的作用,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the curative effect of the inflatable traction kummerbund on lumbar disc herniation.Methods 100 lumbar disc herniation patients were randomly divided into two groups：50 cases in the control group were treated by the conventional traction method and another 50 in the observation group by inflatable traction. The two groups were compared concerning the curative effects.Results The effective rate in the observation group was 98.0% and that in the control group was 60.0%. The difference was statistically significant （X2 = 1.456, P 0.05）.Conclusion The inflatable traction kummerbund is adjustable and free from the position limitations. With the multifunction of fixation, traction and sustaining lumbar flexure, it is effective in enhancing the curative effect of lumbar disc herniation and thus worth spreading clinically.
