手术室泌尿外科专科护士的设立与效果

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室泌尿外科专科护士的设立方法和效果。方法设立专科护士组,制订专科护理组长和护士的职责。结果设立泌尿外科专科护士后手术室护理质量、医生的满意度和病人的满意度均得到提高,均在97.18%以上。结论设立专科护士对提高泌尿外科手术工作质量和效率,提高手术医生和病人的满意度具有积极的意义。Objective To study the methods and the effects of establishing the group of uronological nurses in the operating room.Methods In the operating room, a group of professional nurses of uronology was established,a head nurse was appointed and their duties were regulated. Result After establishment of the professional nurses group, the nursing quality and the satisfactory degrees of both doctors and nurses were all increased in the operating room to 97.18%.Conclusion The establishment of the professional nurses group of uronogly may increase the quality in the operating room and enhance the satisfaction degrees of both doctors and nurses in the operation room.
