我院癌症患者三阶梯止痛药物应用情况分析

摘　　要：目的探讨我院癌症患者止痛药使用情况及趋势。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对辽宁医学院附属第一医院肿瘤科2009年-2010年约200名肿瘤患者用药情况进行统计、分析我院肿瘤科止痛药品使用情况以及未来的发展趋势。结果我院癌症患者用药合理,基本实现了阶梯给药、按时给药、个性化给药,符合世界卫生组织提倡的《癌症三阶梯止痛指导原则》。结论我院癌症患者三阶梯用药基本合理,建议进一步加强三阶梯止痛方针的执行力度,综合运用医疗资源提高癌症患者的生存质量。【Objective】 To evaluate the application status and tendency of three-stage analgesics for patients with cancer in our hospital.【Methods】 The three-stage analgesics for 200 patients with cancer from 2009 to 2010 in Liaoning medical collage hospital were analyzed statistically in respect to consumption sum.【Results】 The drug use in cancer patients in our hospital was rational in the whole.Step medication,on time medication and individual medication were realized in our hospital and treatment on cancer patients in our hospital was in line with the Guideline for Cancer Pain Management Based on the Three-step Analgesic Ladder recommended by WHO.【Conclusion】 Three-stage analgesics for patients with cancer in our hospital is reasonable,the proposed three-step analgesic ladder approach to further strengthen the enforcement of the integrated use of medical resources to improve the quality of life of patients with cancer.
