舒适护理在妇科化疗病人中的应用及效果

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在妇科化疗病人中的应用效果。方法将148例妇科恶性肿瘤患者分为舒适护理组（78例）和普通护理组（70例）。比较两组患者的睡眠质量、不适反应及自理能力。结果化疗后，舒适护理组患者的睡眠质量优于普通护理组（P〈0．05）；食欲下降及恶心呕吐症状较普通护理组轻（P〈0．05）；自理能力较普通护理组强（P〈0．05）。结论舒适护理可以改善患者的睡眠质量，减轻患者的食欲下降及恶心呕吐症状，有利于维护患者的自理能力，提高患者的生活质量，促进患者的康复。Objective To observe the effect of comfort nursing on the gynecologic patients with chemotherapy. Methods A total of 148 cases of gynecological cancer patients were divided into comfort nursing group （CCG） （n =78） and the usual nursing group （UCG） （ n = 70） . The sleep quality, uncomfortable reaction, and serf - care ability in two groups were observed and compared. Results The s]ecp quality of patients in the CCG was better than that of the UCG （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The loss of appetite and nausea and vomiting symptoms in the CCG were milder than that of the UCG （P〈0. 05） . The self- care ability in the CCG was stronger than that of the UCG （P〈0. 05） . Conclusions Comfort nursing can improve the sleep quallty, reduce the loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting symptoms, and improve self - care ability and quality of life, promote the rehabilitation of patients.
