摘　　要：目的旨在构建适合手术室工作特点风险管理指标体系，帮助管理者分析手术室护理风险。方法采用文献评阅法、Delphi法确定指标及权重，进行专家咨询。对调查所得的指标权重进行汇总，使用Excel数据库，使用CHISS软件进行统计处理。结果探索构建了包含4个一级指标、10个二级指标、40个三级指标的手术室护理风险管理指标体系。结论该指标体系将对手术室护理风险管理工作产生积极的影响，对确保围术期患者安全及提高手术室护理质量有重要的意义。Objective To construct a nursing risk management index system in operating room and then to help administrators analyze nursing risk. Methods Literature review and Delphi were applied to identify index weight, then consultation was done with experts. The index weights were gathered and analyzed. Results A nursing risk management index system in operating room, which included 4 primary indices, 10 secondary indices and 40 third indices was constructed. Conclusions The nursing risk management index system is beneficial to ensure the safety of perioperative patients and to improve the quality of nursing in operating room.
