摘 要:目的探讨健康教育路径模式在人工膝关节置换术患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法人工膝关节置换术随机分成实验组及对照组43例。对照组采用一般的健康教育方式,实验组针对患者住院不同时段(入院时、术前、术后及出院时)制订相应的健康教育内容,并按流程实施健康教育。结果实验组患者的护理满意度明显提高,平均住院天数、住院费用、明显低于对照组。结论保证了临床健康教育的连续性和完整性,提高了护理质量,充分调动了患者主动性,并能积极采取有利于身体康复的健康行为。Objective To explore the application effect of clinical pathway in health education of patients with artificial total knee replacement. Methods Forty - three cases of patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Control group adopted the general health education, while in experimental group the corresponding content was made according to different times ( at the time of hospitalization, before operation, after operation, after leaving hospital) and the health education was implemented according to the process. Results The nursing satisfaction was improved. Average of hospitalization days and the cost were lower in experimental group compared with those in control group. Conclusions The method of clinical pathway may ensure the continuity and integrity of clinical health ed- ucation, promote nursing quality, stimulate the patientsinitiative.
