摘　　要：农村基层卫生人员的素质在基层卫生事业发展中具有举足轻重的地位。本文结合我国农村基层卫生人力资源现状，详细分析了基层各类卫生人员的培训需求，并提出了高等医学院校加强对农村基层卫生人才培训的模式与策略，以期为教育和卫生主管部门进行科学决策、提高基层卫生人员的服务水平有所借鉴。Diathesis of health personnel for countryside is important in development of countryside health service. In this paper, combined with situation of the countryside health human resources in China, it is analyzed that countryside health personnel demand training. And the model and strategy are proposed on training countryside health personnel in medical schools, for improving educational and healthy authorities to make decisions and raising countryside health personnel service level.
