摘 要:机器视觉技术是一种基于计算机技术和图像处理技术的新型学科,近年来其研究与应用已扩展到农业领域并在许多方面取得了进展。概述了机器视觉技术在烟草农业(无损测量叶面积、测定鲜烟叶含水量、判定烟叶田间成熟度、烟叶烘烤与分级)和烟草工业(智能剔除烟草异物、片烟规格检测、烟制品包装和烟草工业机器人)中的应用,并讨了论该技术在应用中存在的有关问题。以期为加速我国现代烟草农业进程,提升烟草企业市场竞争力奠定基础。Machine vision technology is a new discipline based on computer technology and image processing technique. Nowadays, its research and application have expanded to agricultural fields and made progress in many areas. This paper summarized the application of machine vision technology in tobacco agriculture (non-destructive measurement of tobacco leaf area, determination of fresh leaf moisture content, maturity assessment, application in tobacco curing and grading) and tobacco industry ( intelligent foreign matter removal, specifications detection of tobacco leaf chips, tobacco products packaging and tobacco industrial robot), and discussed some related problems in the application of this technology. Those were expected to provide basis for accelerating the development of modern tobacco atn'iculture and advancinz the market comoetition ability of tobacco corporations.
