米索前列醇联合利多卡因局部应用在人工流产术中的效果观察及护理

摘　　要：目的:比较米索前列醇联合利多卡因与静脉全麻应用于人工流产术的效果。方法:选择我院2010年4月～2011年3月行人工流产术的450例患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组采用米索前列醇联合利多卡因局部麻醉,对照组采用静脉全身麻醉,并进行适当的护理干预。比较两组患者的宫颈扩张情况、麻醉镇痛效果、人工流产综合征发生情况、手术时间、术中出血量及治疗费用。结果:两组的镇痛效果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗组的宫颈扩张程度、人工流产综合征发生率、手术时间、术中出血量及治疗费用均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:米索前列醇联合利多卡因局部麻醉应用于人工流产的效果要要优于静脉全身麻醉,且用药简单、安全,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To compare with effect of misoprostol combined with Lidocaine local anesthesia and venous anesthesia which applied in artificial abortion operation. Methods：Choose 450 cases who undergoing artificial abortion operation, randomizing into treatment group and control group. Treatment group accepted misoprostol combined with Lidocaine local anesthesia, control group accepted venous anesthe- sia. All patients also accepted appropriate nursing intervention. Compared two groups with cervical dilatation, narcotic analgesic effect, RASS, operative time,Intraoperative bleeding and treatment costs. Results ：Narcotic analgesic effect of two groups had no significant differ- ence （ P〉0.05）.But cervical dilatation RASS,operative time,Intraoperative bleeding and treatment costs had significant defference between two groups （ P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion ：Effect of treatment group is better than control group. Misoprostol combined with Lidocaine in artificial ＇abortion is worth clinical use.
