创伤性截肢术后髋脱位的初步探讨

摘　　要：目的:分析创伤性上脚截肢术后髋脱位的病因和时间,探讨其防治方法。方法:回顾性研究自1992年6月～2005年6月。因创伤性下肢截肢病例53例共55肢。发现引起髋脱位的原因及脱位时间。结果:所有病例均获随访,时间为6个月～50个月,平均随访23例,有8例术后发生髋脱位,发生在安装假肢前1例,假肢临时期5例,假肢临时期5例,假肢永久期2例;病例中有12例存在髋不稳因素,其中发现7例髋脱位。结论:创伤性下肢截肢术后患者在髋部有或潜在不稳定因素下易在假肢试用期发生髋脱位。Objective： To analyze the cause and time interrelated with hip dislocation after tramatic amputation of low extremity and discuss the prevention.Methods： retrospective study of 53 patients（55 low estremity amputation）from 1992.5~to 2005.6.Aralyze the reason and time of hip dislocation after amputation.Resuhs：All patients have been followed.The following time from.6 to 50 months.The average is 23 months.There are 8 low extremities incounter hip dislocation.1 occurred before false extremity was fotted.5 occurred around contemporary time of false exreemity.2 occurred around the perpetud time of false ertremity.12 low extremities exist instability of hip,among them,7 occurred hip dislocation.Conclusions：The patients who under go amputation because trauma will have instabihty of hip.And the incline of hip dislocation might take place dwring the contemporang time of alse extremity.
