摘　　要：“人的可靠性分析”做为一门新兴学科越来越受到国际上广泛的重视。从 “人的可靠性分析”的内涵、由来及其在地震监测预报中的重要性到建议立即开展专项研究的意义做了阐述。Human reliability analysis”,as a developing subject,is paid more and more great attention abroad.The intension and origin of “Human reliability analysis”as well as its importance in earthquake monitoring and prediction,the significance of doing special research on this subject immediately are elaborated in this paper.
