益肾活血汤对肾结石ESWL术后肾损伤的改善作用的阶段研究

摘　　要：目的观察益肾活血汤治疗肾结石在B超定位体外冲击波碎石术后对肾损伤的改善作用。方法选取50例符合条件的肾结石患者,随机分为治疗组(益肾活血汤组)和对照组,对2组患者在B超定位体外冲击波碎石术后中尿N-乙酰-β-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)的值以及尿常规中红细胞的数目进行比较。结果 2组比较治疗组中NAG、β2-MG改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益肾活血汤对肾结石ESWL术后肾损伤有显著的改善作用。Objective Observing the role ofYi Shen Huo Xue soup improve the patients,the damage of the kidney who have suffered renal calculus and have treated with ESWL.Methods 50 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（Yi Shen Huo Xue soup group）and control group.Then two groups of patients have been treated with ESWL in b b-sonography localization,after the treatment,collecting all patients the data of the, NAG, β2- MG and the number of erythrocytes regular urethra and collecting data after 2 weeks again.Results Two groups of comparisons in the groups treated NAG, beta 2-MG improve much better than control group, a statistically significant difference.Conclusion The Yi Shen Huo Xue-soup have a marked function that improve the patients which have the damage of the kidney because they have suffered renal calculus and have been treated with ESWL.
