应用纤维支气管镜冲洗治疗老年重症肺炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察应用纤维支气管镜冲洗治疗老年重症肺炎的临床效果。方法 126例老年重症肺炎患者,随机分为观察组(纤维支气管镜冲洗辅助组)和对照组(常规治疗组)各63例,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者从拔管时间、住院时间、死亡率方面与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用纤维支气管镜冲洗治疗老年重症肺炎可以提高临床治疗效果,降低死亡率。Objective To observe the treatment of senile bronchoscopy washing the clinical effects of severe pneumonia. Methods 126 elderly patients with severe pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups （fiber bronchial washing auxiliary group） and control group （conventional treatment group） of the 63 patients, comparing two group of patients treatment. Results Significant difference between the two groups of patients （P〈0.01）, with statistical significance. The patients from the extubation time, length of stay, mortality, compared with the control group were significantly different （P 〈0.01）, with statistical significance. Conclusion Elderly patients bronchoscopy washing can improve the clinical treatment of severe pneumonia in effect, reduce mortality.
