摘 要:报道使用GJ-Ⅱ型HFO呼吸机,对动物和病人于有呼吸运动和消失自主呼吸运动时。观察HFOV对动脉血气的效应。动物实验表明于有自主呼吸时,以持续HFOV,PO_2升高而无PaCO_2潴留。在同样HFOV条件下,若以肌肉松弛剂消失其自主呼吸活动,则出现明显PaCO_2升高;当改变通气形式,使用间断HFOV,CO_2排除障碍消失。同样,于临床上,对有自主呼吸的急性呼衰、气道梗阻、和手术麻醉患者,其PaO_2上升满意,PaCO_2亦保持于正常范围,起到良好辅助呼吸作用;另30例以药物消除自主呼吸的手术患者,使用间断HFOV,亦克服了CO_2排除障碍,PaCO_2均于正常范围,起到满意的控制呼吸作用。The effects of HFOV on the arterial blood gases in experimental and clinical observation by the use of GJ-II HFO ventilator have been reported. The results showed, in the animals (dogs) groups, under intravenous anesthesia and intratracheal intubation, in the conditions of keeping or abolishing its autorespiration, the continuous HFOV gave the increment of PaO_2; however, in the latter, the accumulation of CO_2 appeared. This adverse effect might be overcome by changing the given form of HFOV; There means that changing the continuous HFOV to interrupted, might eliminate CO_2 and keep PaCO_2 in the normal extent.These applications also had been proven in clinical trials with a certain grade of respiratory impairment, either with autorespiration present or apnea.
