摘 要:目的:探讨超声弹性成像、多普勒超声及X线钼靶成像对乳腺肿块的良恶性鉴别诊断价值。方法:应用超声弹性成像及X线钼靶成像对166例患者获手术病理证实的172个乳腺病灶进行检查。结果:良性120例共125个病灶,恶性46例共47个病灶,超声弹性成像诊断恶性病变的敏感性为82.3%,特异性为95.1%,准确性为92.9%。钼靶成像诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤的敏感性为58.5%,特异性为84.6%,准确性为77.8%。结论:超声弹性成像鉴别乳腺肿瘤良恶性的准确性较X线钼靶成像高。Objective To compare the accuracy of ultrasonic elastography (UE)with mammography in their ability to differentiate benign and malignant breast lesions.Methods 276 females with 286 lesions in the breast were prospectively studied.Pathologic outcome Was used as the golden diagnosis criterion. Results Pathologically, there were 215 benign breast lesions in 207 patients and 71 malignant lesions in 69 patients. The sensitivity ,specificities and accuracy of UE were 88.7% ,96.3%,94.4% ,respectively. The sensitivity ,specificities and accuracy of mammography were 57.8%,87.4% and 80.1%, respectively. Conclusion These results indicate that the the accuracy of UE for differentiating malitmant from benign breast lesions is higher than that of mammography.
