老年肺癌患者围手术期呼吸道护理75例报告

摘　　要：目的:积极探索老年肺癌患者围手术期呼吸道护理方法,以期降低术后呼吸道并发症发生率,避免呼吸衰竭的发生。方法:加强对我院自1999年至2008年手术治疗60岁以上老年肺癌患者的围手术期呼吸道的护理,尤其重视术后第一个24小时的呼吸道护理,观察对比其疗效。结果:本组病例术前肺功能异常者高达78.7%,但由于加强了围手术期护理,术后患者呼吸道并发症为13.3%,肺功能不全发生率只有6.7%,低于文献报道。结论:加强老年肺癌患者围手术期呼吸道护理是行之有效的临床护理方法,值得推广。Goal： Explores the old age lung cancer patient to encircle the surgery time respiratory tract nursing method positively, reduces the technique after the time the respiratory tract complication formation rate, avoids the respiratory failure the occurrence. Method： Strengthened altogether the surgery treats above 60 years old to my courtyard from 1999 to 2008 the old age lung cancer patient to encircle surgery time respiratory tract＇s nursing, after especially took the technique, first 24 hour respiratory tract nursing, the observation contrasted its curative effect. Finally： Before this group of case technique, the lung function unusuality reaches as high as 78.7%, but because strengthened has encircled surgery time nursing, after the technique, the patient respiratory tract complication was 13.3%, the lung function not entire formation rate only then 6.7%, were lower than the literature report. Conclusion： Strengthens the old age lung cancer patient to encircle surgery time respiratory tract nursing is the effective clinical nursing method, is worth promoting.
