基于党的纪律要求谈大学生党员管理模式的创新

摘　　要：党员的管理教育是大学生思想政治工作的重要组成部分,是提高党员素质的重要渠道。因此做好大学生党员的教育管理工作,是做好高校党建工作的必然内在要求,是完善高校党建工作的重要一环。目前高校较普遍存在学生党员纪律意识淡漠,自我管理意志放松的现象。文章尝试从党的纪律要求角度,论述了如何进行高职院校大学生党员管理模式的创新。The management of party members is an important component of undergraduates＇ ideology and political education and it is a major channel to improve the quality of party members. Therefore, the education and management of undergraduate party members is the intrinsic requirement of party-building and is the important section to improve the party-building in university. At present, it is popular that the undergraduate party members are lack of the discipline sense and loosen for self management. The paper tries to study on the innovation of undergraduate party member management in university based on the requirement of party＇ s discipline.
