膝关节多发韧带损伤早期关节镜下韧带重建疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨膝关节多发韧带损伤早期使用半腱-股薄肌重建前、后交叉韧带及同期修复内、外侧副韧带的临床疗效。方法对12例多发韧带损伤,在关节镜下早期行修复或重建手术,早期训练,观察膝关节功能。结果所有患者均获6～18个月随访,平均12个月,均得到复位,膝关节功能恢复满意,无明显并发症。结论膝关节多发韧带损伤早期使用半腱肌、股薄肌重建前、后叉韧带及同期修复内、外副韧带,早期康复训练,膝关节稳定性及功能恢复较好,临床疗效满意。Objective To introduce the clinical results of rebuilding cruciate ligament and meanwhile repairing of peripheral ligaments with semitendinousgracilis muscle as soon as possible when multiple ligamentous of knee are injured.Methods There were 12 patients for multiple ligamentous injuries of knee.We repaired or rebuilt there ligament by arthroscope as soon as possible and early exercised and evaluated its function.Results All the patients obtained a minimum follow-up of 12 months（range 6-18 months） and their function of knee were well with no complication.Conclusions The treatment of rebuilding cruciate ligament and meanwhile repairing of peripheral ligaments with semitendinous-gracilis muscle as soon as possible when multiple ligamentous of knee are injured with early exercise can reach good stability and function repairing of knee,and had satisfied clinical results.
