127例高龄髋部骨折的治疗体会

摘　　要：目的总结高龄(≥70岁)髋部骨折的治疗体会。方法 127例高龄(≥70岁)髋部骨折患者均采用手术治疗,并对其临床资料及治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果无术中术后死亡,术后发生并发症12例,发生率为9.45%。术后随访9～36个月,参照Harris髋关节功能评价标准,股骨颈骨折术后得分为55～90分,平均79.36分;粗隆间骨折术后得分为65～93分,平均85.57分。1例行髋翻修手术。所有病人均未出现骨不连及髋内翻畸形。结论恰当的围手术期准备,正确的手术方式、麻醉的选择以及积极的术后并发症预防,是手术治疗高龄老年人髋部骨折成功的关键。Objective To discuss the operative treatment of hip fracture of aged.Methods 127 elderly patients（older than 70 years） with hip fractures were treated with operations.The treatment effectiveness was retrospectively analyzed.Results No death case occurred but various complications were found in 12 cases（9.45%） after operation.According to Harris hip scorE,the average of 79.36（ranged from 55 to 90） was scored in femoral neck fracture operations,and the average of 85.57（ranged from 65 to 93） was scored in intertrochanteric fracture operations.Hip revision operation was performed in 1 case. No bone nonunion or coxa vara were found in all cases.Conclusion Appropriate perioperative preparation,the correct surgical procedure,anesthesia choices and active prevention of postoperative complications are very important for guarantee the success of operation.
