摘　　要：目的探讨锁骨骨折骨不连的防治措施。方法对29例锁骨骨折骨不连患者进行植骨(重新)内固定术治疗。结果 29例病例术后经随访证实原骨折处均骨性愈合。结论针对多种原因造成的锁骨骨折采取正确的手术方式可以有效地防治骨不连。Objective To analysis the reasons of the disunion in the clavicular fracture and to give the prevention measures.Methods Used the bone graft and nickelclad fixation for the 29 cases of the disunion in the clavicular fracture.Results 29 cases got bone union by following up after the surgery.Conclusion It is effectively to prevent the bone disunion that using the correct kind of the surgery according to a variety of causes of clavicle fracture
