水晶丹外敷配合饮食护理治疗痛风性关节炎急性发作的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨水晶丹外敷配合饮食护理治疗痛风性关节炎急性发作的有效性及安全性。方法 135例痛风性关节炎急性发作的病人随机平均分为两组。两组均予以低嘌呤低脂饮食、患肢制动、碱化尿液基础治疗及护理。治疗组在基础治疗的同时加用水晶丹外敷罹患关节,每日更换1次;而对照组也在基础治疗的同时三餐后加服吲哚美辛肠溶片50mg;10天为1个疗程。结果 135例患者均完成治疗及护理。治疗组在疼痛、肿胀和功能评定明显优于对照组(P<0.05),而对照组的不良反应明显多于治疗组(P<0.001)。结论饮食治疗护理是预防痛风再发作的关键,水晶丹外敷能有效、安全地缓解痛风性关节炎急性发作的骨关节炎性反应,但无证据表明水晶丹能降低血尿酸。同时,嘱咐患者定期复查血尿酸,按时足量服药,在护理工作中是十分关键的。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of Shuijingdan and food care on acute gouty arthritis.Methods 135 patients with acute gouty arthritis were random divided into two groups.The two groups were under the same basic treatment,including low fat and low purine diet,brake and alkalization urine.Patients in study group were treated with Shuijingdan once a day.Results The swelling,pain and function assessment of study group were obvious superior to those of control one（P0.05）.There were more side-effects in control group than that in study group（P0.001）.Conclusions Diet care is the key to prevention of gout attack.Suijingdan can alleviate the osteoarticular inflammatory response in acute occurrence of arthrolithiasia effectively and safely.
