脱细胞异体真皮基质材料治疗复杂肛瘘26例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨脱细胞异体真皮基质材料治疗复杂肛瘘的临床效果。方法对26例复杂肛瘘患者采用近端肛瘘切开结合远端肛瘘脱细胞异体真皮基质材料填塞的临床资料作回顾性分析。结果 21例患者获得一期治愈,5例延迟愈合,随访12个月无复发,脱细胞异体真皮基质材料成功率为80.8%,肛瘘治愈率为100%。结论应用脱细胞异体真皮基质材料治疗复杂肛瘘,具有微创、痛苦轻、疗程短和不损害肛门功能及外形的优势。Objective To explore a new mieroinvasive treatment of complicated archosyrinx and investigate the clinical effect of treating complicated archosyrinx with acellular extracellular matrix. Methods 26 cases of complicated archosyrinx accepted the treatment of proximal archosyrinx incision combined with remote archosyrinx filling with acellular extracellular matrix, and the clinical effect were observed. Results 21 ca- ses within 26 cases of archosyrinx achieved primary healing, 5 cases achieved delay healing and no relapse was traced. Recovery rate of arehosyrinx was 100%. Conclusion Treatment of archosyrinx with acellular extracellular matrix owns the adventages of microinvasive, painless, short therapy time and reserving the function and externality of anus.
