摘 要:为了减小弹性枪架的变形、提高武器的射击精度,在分析机枪驻锄结构特点的基础上,提出了缓冲驻锄枪架的结构设计思想.同时,将缓冲驻锄枪架应用到机枪上进行了仿真和模拟试验,并利用遗传算法对缓冲驻锄枪架的结构参数进行了优化.由枪口动态响应的仿真结果可以看出,采用缓冲驻锄后枪口振幅有了明显的减小,连发射击时枪弹出枪口瞬间偏离平衡位置的距离更小,说明采用缓冲驻锄枪架可以减小枪架的弹性变形,能够更好地实现机枪射击时的动态稳定性和武器对土壤的适应能力,这对于提高武器的射击精度是非常有利的.To decrease the distortion of elasticity tripod mount and improve the fire accuracy of machine gun, the design idea on gun mount with buffer spade was put forward by analyzing spade structural characteristic of machine gun. The gun mount with buffer spade was applied in a type of machine gun, and corresponding simulations were made. The structural parameters of the gun mount were optimized by genetic algorithm. The simulation results of gunpoint dynamic response show that, after installed with the gun mount with proposed buffer spade, the amplitude of gunpoint is reduced obviously, during continual firing the displacement on the bullets being expelled from the gunpoint are more close to equilibrium position. These mean that the elasticity distortion of the gun mount become smaller, the dynamic stability of machine gun become better, and the abilities on machine gun adapting to soil is improved. The design can improve the fire accuracy of machine gun.
