摘　　要：台湾问题既是中国的内部问题,同时又是一个重大国际战略问题。观察、思考和处理台湾问题需要有全局性、战略性的大视野,从中华民族长远根本利益出发,在和平发展总体战略下谋篇布局,把对台政策建立在对新形势下两岸关系的正确判断、对台湾岛内主流民意与政党政策的科学分析、对外部干涉国家的战略意图的准确判断之上。The Taiwan Question is not only a China＇s internal problem,but also a major international strategic event.It requires us to observe,consider and handle the Taiwan Question with a global and strategic vision,to plan it from both the long-term fundamental interests of Chinese nation and the total strategy of peaceful development.It also requires us to base our policy toward Taiwan on the correct judgment of new situation of cross-strait relations,the scientific analysis of the mainstream public opinion and political parties in Taiwan,and the accurate prediction of the strategic intentions of external interference.
