摘　　要：本文分析了在模具试制过程中存在的问题，并通过介绍一款新型快速的内光测量系统——Cognitens WLS400，为这些问题提供快速友好的解决方案。模具车间具备不可控的温度，湿度，压力。震动等环境条件．WLS400系统在这种条件下高效的满足模具设计、加工、生产和工艺改进等行个环节的检测要求．提供快速的尺寸评价，完整的分析数据和直观的报告模式的，为在模具试制过程中的制造监控及工艺改进提供快速友好的数据。This paper analyzes the trial process in the mold problems, and by introducing a new type of fast white measurement system ——Cognitens WLS400, as these provide fast and friendly solution. Mold shop has not controlled the temperature, humidity, pressure, vibration and other environmental conditions, WLS400 system to meet these conditions effiicient mold design, processing, production and process improvement of all aspects of the testing requirements, provide fast evaluation of the size, complete data analysis and intuitive reporting model for trial in the mold manufacturing process control and process improvement based on the data to provide fast and friendly.
