摘 要:用聚丙烯酰胺等电聚焦系统测定了26 个荷花品种过氧化物酶同工酶,共出现酶带有16条, 等电点在pH40~60 之间, 荷花品种的特征谱带有4 条, 即pH 为432, 478, 488, 504。根据荷花品种中各酶带出现的频率 (F), 计算各品种谱带的相同值 (SI), 进行分析。The peroxidase isozyme patterns in leaves of 26 lotus cultivars were analysed via polyacrylamide isoelectrofocusing technique. Results of the analysis indicated that peroxidase could be divided into 16 isozyme bands while PI being in the range of pH 4 0-6 0, and that there were 4 characteristc isozyme bands in common, namely the PI was 4 32, 4 78, 4 88 and 5 04, respectively. The SI values for each cultivar′s bands were calculated, according to the frequency of each isozyme band of corresponding cultivars. The evolution of some cultivars and methods used in this research were discussed.
