摘　　要：简要介绍了氧气底吹炼铅法,对水口山八厂100kt/a粗铅项目关键设备在运行过程中存在的问题及改进情况进行了总结。The oxygen bottom-blown lead smelting method was simply introduced.The problems existed in the running process and improved conditions of the key equipment of 100kt/a coarse lead project in Shuikoushan Plant 8 were summarized.
