摘 要:以亚硝酸盐作为还原剂,通过间接测定亚硝酸盐的方式,建立了水中高锰酸盐指数的快速定量分析方法。水样中的高锰酸盐加硫酸氧化后,用亚硝酸盐进行还原,再用N-乙二胺分光光度法测定过量亚硝酸盐的方法测定高锰酸盐指数。结果表明,该方法的检出范围为0.0~9.0mg/L,检出限为0.27mg/L,低于国标检出限,平均回收率为96.0%~105%,相对标准偏差在3.4%~5.2%之间。该方法快速、经济,避免了用高锰酸盐滴定和草酸钠标定的过程,可广泛应用于应急、在线监测、流动注射及实验室信息化管理等。A rapid quantitative analysis method was built for measuring the CODMn in the water by measuring the concentration of nitrite which was used as the reducing agent.Sulfuric acid was added into the water to oxidize the potassium permanganate and nitrite was used to deoxidize the product.Superfluous nitrite was measured by to determine the CODMn by spectrophotometry.The results indicated that the detection range of the method was from 0.0 to 9.0 mg·L-1,the detection limit was 0.27 mg·L-1 which was lower than the international standard,the average recovery was 96.0%-105% with the relative standard deviation of 3.4%-5.2% which was lower than 10%.The process of titration with potassium permanganate and demarcate with sodium oxalate were avoided in this rapid and economical method which could be applied to emergency monitoring,online monitoring,flow injection and informatization management for laboratory.
