中西医结合治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的效果。方法:将278例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分成治疗组142例和对照组136例。对照组单独用氯雷他定片抗过敏及对症治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用中药口服和外敷等治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为85.21%,对照组为63.97%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效较好,无毒副作用。Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis.Methods: 278 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: 142 cases in the treatment group and 136 cases in the control groups.Control group was treated individually using Thunder loratadine anti-allergic and symptomatic treatment.Treatment group was treated using traditional Chinese herbs combined with western medicine,such as oral and external treatments as well as with Thunder loratadine.Results:Total efficiency of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment was 85.21%,and the efficiency of control group was 63.97% with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion: The combined traditional and western medicine treatment on facial hormone-dependent dermatitis needs a shorter course and produces no toxic side effects.
