摘　　要：用竞争性酶联免疫吸附试验检测血小板表面相关IgG的方法,对211例各和疾病的病人进行了研究,从结果中可以看出,血小板表面相关IgG(PAIgG)除了在慢性血小板减少性紫癫病人增高外,其他与免疫机制有关的疾病及各种血液系统疾病尤其是急性白血病、淋巴瘤也明显增高,因此在免疫介导的血小板减少的发生上,PAIgG仅从是几种因素之一。Platelet-Associated IgG(PAIgG)in 211 various diseases was tested using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The results showed that platelet-associated IgG in chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura is higher, but other diseases especially acute and chronic lenkaemia, lympheoma are markedly higher also. Therefore, PAIgG is only one of sevaral factors in occurrence of immune-mediated thrombocytopenic disease.
