摘  要:在热分析(DTA-TG)的基础上对吉林某浮选银精矿的焙烧预处理过程进行了研究. 研究了焙烧温度、焙烧时间对银金精矿中硫、碳脱除率的影响,着重研究了有添加剂存在时焙烧工艺条件对银精矿焙砂的金银提取性能的影响,并探讨了添加剂在硫酸化焙烧过程中的作用.试验结果表明:有添加剂存在时的焙砂经稀硫酸预浸、其预浸渣再用硫脲法或氰化法浸金时,其金的浸出率将大于95 % ,银的总浸出率也分别达95 % 和90 % 以上,而未加添加剂时焙烧且其焙砂无稀硫酸预浸工序时的总浸银率仅70 %左右. 显然。A roasting process of silver gold complex concetrate from Jilin province based on thermoanalyses(DTA TG) was described.The influence of roasting temperature and roasting time as well as of the presence of an additive on desurphurization and decarburisation of the concentrate was investigated.The leaching performance of itscalcine with the solutions of thiourea and cyanide was simultaneously studied,and the action of the additive in the sulfating course of valuable elements was also discussed.The results indicated that following the pre leaching with a dilute sulfuric acid solution,the leaching gold efficiency of the roasted concentrate in the presence of the additive by thiourea and cyanide solutions can all excess 95 %,and the total leaching efficiency of silver can also reach 95 % and 90 %,respectivley.But if without the additive in the roasting charges and the following washing acid operation,total leaching efficiency of silver would be 70 % or so.Obviously,the additive had played a key role in the sulfating of valuable elements.
