摘　　要：目的总结42例电视胸腔镜辅助微创NUSS手术的处理经验,探讨NUSS术后疗效和并发症的预防和治疗。方法 2006年12月至2010年12月共施行了42例电视胸腔镜下NUSS手术治疗漏斗胸,其中男34例,女8例;传统手术后复发1例。结果 42例患者顺利完成手术,均于术后6 d内出院。手术时间35~95 min,平均52 min,手术出血均小于20 ml。切口感染1例。随访期间1例术后2月钢板移位,至2010年12月,已有15例术后满2年患者取出支撑板,胸廓外观满意。结论 NUSS手术具有微创、美观、手术时间短、操作简单等优点,电视胸腔镜辅助可增加安全性,近期效果满意,术后宣教可减少并发症。Objective To sumarize the experience of the under thoracoscope Nuss procedure for pectus excavatum in 42 patients,and to investigate the post-operative effects and the complications in the way of the prevention and treatment.Methods 42 patients（34 male and 8 female,including a patient in the traditional surgery） with pectus excavatum underwent Nuss procedure under thoracoscope from December 2006 to December 2010.Results The operation was successfully completed,less bleeding and the post-operative hospital stay was 6 days.The operation time ranged from 35 to 95 min（average 52 min）.Incision infection occurred in one patieon.During follow-up period,1 case whose stabilizing bar displacement was found after post-operative 2 months.To December 2010,there were 15 cases who had removed the stabilizing bar,satisfied clinical effect.Conclusion The Nuss procedure has many advantages such as minimal invasion incision,the beauty,short operation time,simplicity of operation,increased safety by video-assisted thoracoscopy.Postoperative complications are reduced by given health education program.
