摘　　要：党的十六届六中全会在《决定》中指出,我们要建设的社会主义和谐社会是一种"民主法制、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处"的社会,而和谐招生考试是社会公平、稳定、自由、和谐的基础。以人为本,科学管理,实现招生考试公平、公正;依法治考、从严治考,进一步严肃考风考纪,杜绝考场舞弊;依法治招,进一步落实"阳光工程",确保招生考试的安全、公平、公正。The ＂Decision＂ made by the Sixth Plenum of the 17th CPC Central Committee pointed out that the harmonious socialist society we want to build is a society of ＂democracy and the rule of law, equity and justice, honesty and fraternity, vigor and vitality, stability and order, and harmony between man and nature＂. Whereas, harmonious student recruitment examination is the basis of social fairness, stability, liberty and harmony. People - oriented principle and scientific management can make the student recruitment exam fair and just; we must manage and strictly control the exam affairs in accordance with law and enforce examination discipline with rigor so that cheating can be forbidden; we must manage the recruitment affairs in accordance with law and further promote the ＂Sunshine Project＂ in order to ensure a safe, fair and just student recruitment examination.
