摘　　要：科技成果转化是一个复杂的系统工程。在对科技成果转化进行基本认知的条件下,分析太原市近年来科技成果转化取得的主要成效,结合科技成果转化面临的主要问题,从绩效评价体系、成果转化合作机制、投融资体系、成果转化平台等方面,提出能够推动太原市科技成果转化的若干对策。Scientific and technological achievements system is very complicated. On the promise of basic awareness of the system, the authors analyzed main effects of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Taiyuan, and put forward some countermeasures of promoting transformation of scientific and technological achievements of Taiyuan from as- pects of performance measurement system, cooperation mechanism of transformation achievements, investment and financing system and platform of transformation achievements.
