响铃草药材质量控制研究

摘　　要：目的:对响铃草药材质量进行控制.方法:以中国药典(2010年版)有关要求为依据,对响铃草药材的性状特征、显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别、总灰分、酸不溶灰分和醇浸出物进行分析,并用高效液相测定响铃草染料木素的含量.结果:详细描述了响铃草的性状和显微特征;薄层色谱中在与染料木素对照品相应位置上显相同颜色斑点;总灰分、酸不溶灰分和醇溶性浸出物的平均值分别为6.8%,1.7%和17.0%;在含量测定中染料木素在0.65～13.00μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.67%(n=6),RSD为0.86%.结论:本试验为响铃草药材的质量控制提供了可靠依据.Objective： Objective to provide the quality control of Crotalaria Ferruginea.Methods： Characters,microstructure,TLC identification,general ash,acid insoluble ash and alcohol-soluble extracts of Crotalaria Ferruginea were performed according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia（2010 edition）.Furthermore the contents of total flavonoids were determined by HPLC.Results： The morphological and histological characters of Crotalaria Ferruginea were observed.Meanwhile the TLC test showed that the sample and total flavonoids had the some Rf value.Then the average contents of general ash,acid insoluble ash and extract were 6.8%,1.7% and 17.0%,respectively.The linear range of total flavonoids was 0.65-13.00 μg/mL（r=0.999 9）,the average recovery was 99.67%（n=6） with RSD of 0.86%.Conclusions： The method is feasible,which can control the quality of Crotalaria ferruginea.
