摘　　要：通过对三峡库区种植业、养殖业以及农村生活污染源的调查,分析了当前造成三峡库区农业面源污染的主要原因,结合农业面源污染控制的生态补偿理论,即生态资本理论、可持续发展理论、外部性理论和公共物品理论,提出了采用生态补偿的治理措施来控制三峡库区的农业面源污染,进而达到保护三峡库区水资源的目的.This report is based on surveys of planting,breeding and rural life of three-gorge reservoir district,analyzing the main reasons of agricultural pollution.Combining with ecological compensation theory of agricultural pollution control,such as ecological capital theory,sustainable development theory,externality theory and public goods theory,proposing management measures of ecological compensation to control the agricultural pollution,and achieving the purpose of water resources protection in three-gorge reservoir district.
