摘　　要：质量与价格不协调的收费现象是导致国内物业收费纠纷繁杂的关键。构建"质价相符"的物业服务价格机制是解决收费问题的核心,但仍处于探索发展阶段,需要政府、企业、业主、行业协会等方面努力共同实现物业管理收费中的"质价相符"。The imbalance of quality and price is the main cause of domestic property fee dispute.Constructing the ordinary residential area realty service price mechanism based on the balance of quality and price is the core.While it is still in the stage of exploration,the efforts from several perspectives such as government,enterprise,owners,association and so on are needed to achieve the balance of quality and price.
