摘　　要：在粤港澳合作区、深港服务业合作和港珠澳大桥建设的背景下,广州市需要强化东部地区交通的便捷性和通达性,通过建设综合性公共服务中心来整合城市空间结构。位于广州东部的增城市新塘镇,基于穗莞深经济走廊重要节点的区位、5条轨道交通线路汇集的交通条件,以及增城经济技术开发区的产业基础和发展平台,以"国际化、商务、生态、便捷、综合高效、可实施"六大主题来规划建设广州东部交通枢纽中心、广州东部地区综合性公共服务中心,成为广州市门户功能区的重要组成部分。As the cooperation among Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao increases, Guanghzou needs to reinforce its eastern transportation infrastructures for convenient accessibility. Its urban space can also be integrated by comprehensive public service center development. Xintang town in eastern Guangzhou has privileged location, and it is a conjunction of five railways. With Zengcheng economic platform, Xintang raised a six-theme ＂global, commercial, ecological, convenient, comprehensive, feasible＂ vision to develop a trans- portation hub and service center in eastern Guangzhou. It will become an integral part of Guangzhou gate areas.
