商业银行表外业务风险的思考

摘　　要：近年来,我国商业银行表外业务不断创新,并得到快速发展,但其潜在风险也不容小觑。本文拟从表外业务的内涵、特征出发,通过风险案例的分析来讨论表外业务开展过程中的主要风险,寻求实现表外业务的合规经营与全面的风险防控。In recent years,Off-Balance-Sheet Activities（OBSA） are booming with great creativity and rapidity in domestic commercial banks,in the meanwhile,its potential risks can not be ignored.Starting from introducing the meanings and features of OBSA,this article analyzes major risks imbedded in OBSA through the discussion of several typical cases,and aims to be conducive to regulatory compliance and comprehensive risk control of OBSA.
