摘　　要：中国医改结构性困境与看病难、看病贵,尤其是医患关系结构紧张状况迫切需要"卫生财政学"。卫生财政学学科体系建设成为深化医改和实现医改宏伟目标的制度化前提。本文从卫生财政学核心概念、学科性质、学科范围与主要研究问题等角度,首次全面、系统论述卫生财政学学科体系建设议题,以构建和谐医患关系。The condition of China health reform structure dilemmas and see doctor difficulty and expensive urgent need health fiscal subject.Construction health fiscal discipline system is become institutional precondition for health reform and realize reform goal.In term of main concept,nature,content and main research questions et al,the article first discussion issue about construction health fiscal discipline system,so as to construction the harmony society.
