内蒙古自治区凉城县农村居民住院服务利用状况调查

摘　　要：目的:了解内蒙古自治区凉城县农村居民住院服务利用的影响因素,为提高内蒙古西部农村地区医疗卫生服务水平提供参考依据。方法:采用两阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法,对内蒙古自治区乌兰察布市凉城县3个乡镇居住半年以上的农村居民进行入户调查,用Stata10.0软件进行分析。结果:调查对象住院率为31.58‰;住院病人的住院医疗机构主要集中在县/市/区医院;住院人口中90.77%参加了新型农村合作医疗,其住院率为30.52‰;应住院而未住院比例为65.43%,未住院的主要原因是经济困难。结论:调查对象住院服务利用率较低;经济原因依然是影响内蒙古农村地区住院服务利用的主要因素;新型农村合作医疗制度对农村居民利用住院服务起到了推动作用;仍有部分农村居民无任何医疗保障,影响其住院服务的利用;乡镇卫生院建设情况不良。建议:继续深化和加强新型农村合作医疗制度建设,加强乡镇卫生院建设。Objectives： Understand the influencing factors of in-patient health service utilization of residents in the west region of Inner Mongolia.Provide the reference for the region to improve and promote the development of local health construction.Method： Choose the sample using the two-stage lamination entire-group random sampling.Analyze the survey data which was collected from countryside residents,who living in three village of Liangcheng for half a year.Analyzed the data with Stata10.0.Results： Inpatient rate is 31.58 ‰.The different hospital of inpatient chose is mainly concentrates in the county/city/area hospital.90.77% samples are insured in the new type of rural cooperative medical care system,the inpatient rate is 30.52 ‰.There are 65.43% people,who should go to the hospital,did not go to.The cause is the financial problem.Conclusion： The utilization rate of the investigate object＇s inpatient service is low.The main reason,which affects the utilization of inpatient service in rural region,is still the economic factor.The new type of rural cooperative medical care system has helped the rural residents using inpatient service.Some residents still don＇t have any kinds of medical care.This situation will affect them using the inpatient service.The construction of health clinics in towns and townships are not good enough.Suggestions： Continue to deepen and to strengthen the construction of the new type of rural cooperative medical care system.Strengthen the construction of health clinics in towns and townships.
