摘　　要：目的:了解住院医师规范化培训制度实行后上海市2010届临床医学专业毕业生择业观的现状。方法:采用自制问卷对上海市四所高校2010届临床医学专业毕业生的择业观进行调查,结果录入SPSS 16.0进行统计分析。结果与结论:上海市住院医师规范化培训制度的实施过程中,大部分应届临床医学专业毕业生存在就业悲观情绪。医院签约率的降低、各学历层次就业格局的改变,却并没有改变毕业生较高的就业期望,对于经济收入、工作单位与工作地域的看重以及社会价值的导向深刻影响着毕业生择业观的取向。Objective： To study the status quo about career concept of Shanghai current graduates of clinical medicine specialty in 2010 after the resident standard train system being carried out.Method： The current graduates of clinical medicine specialty in 2010 from four universities in Shanghai were surveyed by means of questionnaire.The results were analyzed by SPSS16.0.Result and Conclusion： The most of current graduates of clinical medicine specialty have pessimism about their employment obtaining because of the resident standard train system.The rate of graduates having made contract with hospitals was low and the employment pattern of graduates with different education background had changed,but the higher employment expectation was the same as before.The condition of income,hospital,working area and the guiding of social values have deep effect on the orientation of graduates＇ career concept.
