摘 要:自1855 年黄河改道北行至今,山东省的渤海湾海岸线向海方面推移了19km ,黄河泥沙的造陆面积达2827km2 ,而在江苏省北部从双洋口至小丁港150km 的海岸线上共失去土地1320km2 以上。作者认为,可以疏通明清黄河故道作为引黄工程,利用黄河携带的大量泥沙淤积于黄海沿岸,以减缓黄海岸线的侵蚀,还可抑制黄河泥沙沉积而造成的渤海的淤积。From 1855 AD when the Yellow River changed its course northward to now,the coastline of Bohai Bay in Shandong Province has been moving seaward up to 19km,and the silt deposit carried by the Yellow River has formed 2827.58km 2 new land there.On the contrary,the coastline from Shuangyangkou to Xiaoding port in the Northern Jiangsu Province has been retreating landward up to 150km or so and 1320km 2 land area has been eroded into sea water because of loss of the silt supplied from the Yellow River.The authors of this paper have considered that the abundant silt supplied of the Yellow River can be used as a resource to slow down the erosion rate along the Yellow Sea shore.The proposal is to divert a part of the high silt concentration flood of the Yellow River into the Yellow Sea through the old channel of the Ming and Qing Dynasties.The another benefit of this project is to restrain the silting of the Bohai Sea formed by silt deposit of the Yellow River in the near future.
