摘 要:为了揭示低温地板辐射供暖的传热特性,利用F luent软件和k-ε湍流模型对低温地板辐射采暖系统的温度场进行数值模拟。搭建电热地板辐射采暖实验系统,进行室内温度场的测量和数值模拟,通过实验测试值及模拟值的对比分析,验证数值模拟的正确性。建立低温热水地板辐射采暖物理模型,对不同供水流速和供水温度进行地面温度分布、地板层温度分布和房间内温度分布数值模拟,得出温度分布图和温度分布特性曲线为低温地板辐射供暖系统设计和参数优化提供参考。In order to reveal heat-transfer characteristic of low-temperature radiant floor heating system,numerical simulation is adopted to study the temperature field of the system by the Fluent software and turbulent flow model.Firstly,the experiment platform of electric heating floor radiant heating system is established,and the measurement and numerical simulation of indoor temperature field is carried out to validate the accuracy of numerical simulation by the comparative analysis of the experiment and simulation results.And then the model of low-temperature and hot water radiant floor heating system is built to simulate the temperature distribution of the ground surface,floorboard layer and the room space under different water velocity and temperature.The corresponding temperature profiles as well as the characteristic curves of temperature distribution are obtained by the simulation of temperature field as a result.The heat transfer laws gained have been provided with important reference value for design and parameter optimization of low-temperature radiant floor heating system.
