摘 要:煤矿主通风机是煤矿生产中的重要设备,依靠通风动力,将定量的新鲜空气,沿着既定的通风路线不断地输入井下,以满足回采工作面、掘进工作面、机电峒室以及其它用风地点的需要;同时将污浊的废气不断地排出地面。随着煤矿井工开采深度不断延伸,煤层瓦斯含量同时成倍增大,带来矿井主通风机通风能力不断加大,因此,所配套电动机功率相应变大。同时,煤矿通风系统中的阻力和所需的风量是经常变化的,为了及时、准确地调节风机的工况点,满足所需的风压和风量,本文采用高压变频调速技术对大功率矿用主通风机进行变频控制,在控制方式上,设计八种组合控制方式。The main mine ventilator is the important equipment in the mining production, depending upon the ventilated power, the quantitative fresh air is put into the mine well continually along the ventilated route, so that it can satisfy the need of picking working surface , the tunneling working surface, the mechanical and electrical cell, as well as the need of other place of wind using. At the same time, it also can expel the dirty air constantly from the underground. As the coal underground mining depth is extended, gas content increases exponentially at the same time, bringing the main mine fan ventilation capacity constantly increasing, so the bigger the corresponding auxiliary motor power. At the same time the resistance and the required air volume is constantly changing, in order to timely and accurately adjust the fang operating point to meet the required amount of air pressure and wind, this paper high - voltage high - power frequency conversion technology to mine main fan for inverter control, in the controlling mode , we have designed eight combinations control.
