摘 要:采用有限元方法分析7.00R16轻型载重子午线轮胎两种不同带束层结构设计方案对其静态和稳态力学性能的影响。对比两方案胎肩部位骨架材料端点应力和应变能分析可见,方案二(优化带束层结构)的周向应力大于方案一,带束层端点接地区应变能略大于方案一。有限元分析结果表明,整体上方案二优于方案一,且与试验结果吻合较好,证明有限元分析可以有效用于轮胎结构优化设计。The mechanical properties of 7.00R16 radial LT tire with two different structure design schemes under static and steady state were investigated by FEA method.The comparison of the stress and strain energy in tire shoulder of two schemes indicated the circumferential stress of scheme 2(structure optimization of belts) was higher than scheme 1,and the end of belts of scheme 2 had slightly higher strain energy than scheme 1 in ground contact region.The results by FEA showed that,the overall mechanical properties of scheme 2 was better than scheme 1,which was also in well accordance with the performance testing result of tires,suggesting FEA method was effective in structure design optimization of tires.
