摘　　要：对轻型载重斜交轮胎垫带胶配方进行优化。结果表明,在轻型载重斜交轮胎垫带胶中加入适量的高强度再生胶,并适当减小NR、MT炭黑、氧化锌和芳烃油等的用量,胶料加工工艺性能改善,垫带成品性能和生产效率有所提高,生产成本降低。The flap compound for bias LT tire was optimized.The results showed that,by adding proper level of high strength reclaimed rubber,and reducing the addition level of NR,MT black,zinc oxide and aromatic oil properly,the processing properties of compound was improved,the properties of flap performance and production efficiency increased,and the production cost was reduced.
